Tim Hortons

Ordered xtra large French vanilla and bagel as I do every day. Today I’m told no roll up the rim cups and have to play online. The guys I sit with daily don’t have phones to play on line. We see other people getting roll up rim cups. What is up with this

On some days it's nice but then there are days where it's too slow service. Also glaze on donuts are too thick. Then store front is always dirty and bathroom is disgusting especially the base of toilet

This is What you get in rice Bowl from tim hortons, only lettuce and 2 spoons rice and paid 9$. Worst service ever by this tim hortons! No value to customers at all! Such a Pathetic service.

Bagels are never getting cut in half anymore, and to add to my frustration - there are no change tables in the bathrooms. Had to lay a blanket on the soaked tiny counter, hold my baby to balance him and change him there. Not family friendly.

Just tried popping in for a quick snack... there were at least a dozen people working, including 2 managers. I stepped into a short line that only continued to grow. Despite there being well over a dozen people working, there was only one poor girl helping customers in the front. Her name tag indicated she was in training. I felt incredibly sorry for this girl and won't be stopping in again, ever.nnYour response to go online and complete a survey I can't do without a receipt isn't a solution.
