Tim Hortons

Tried to order a pumpkin spice latte, but they said they could not make them tonight at 745pm, so I got a coldbrew instead. The one time my cold brew was actually made with the esspresso foam, they used expired cream. I got one sip into it and had to pull over down the highway to spit it out because it was so sour. Lumps and all, how did you guys not notice when making it! Why!? It has litteral chunks of sour dairy in it!

I went in to order 2 gift certificates and a sandwich. I paid by debit, and the total came to just under $55. I waited for a long time for the sandwich, which is usual here as drive through seems to be a priority. Someone eventually asked me what I was waiting for. There was no record of my sandwich order. I pointed out the cashier who had taken my order. She went to speak to him and came back to day I hadn’t paid for a sandwich. I assured her I had and pulled up my banking info as proof. To which she responded « don’t worry about it, we will make the sandwich ». Yes you will, I paid for it. It was like she was suggesting that the mistake was mine and I was being placated with the offer of free food.

This is now a drive through only location. All staff are focused on drive thru, you can stand as long as you want at the counter and nobody will even look at you. I waited for 10 minutes, then got in my car and went through the drive through.

This is insanity. Nothing is in stock. There’s not even one person at the counter. The lady beside me just had surgery she couldn’t even get a coffee. Something seriously needs to change. I understand it’s hard to staff but if you can’t staff close it down

Waited over 10 minutes for a coffee. No one was taking orders inside at all huge line up in the drive thru and inside. I understand being busy but the workers just ignored everyone inside that's inexcusable. Lots of people got mad and just left. Every time I come to this Tim Hortons, they're is always an issue between the slow service or subpar products. Avoid this Tims and go to one of the other ones. This was the final straw for me and I'm sure many others.
