Tim Hortons

I go there every day, sometimes 2-3 times a day, and it is the only Tim's that I will go to, everyone there knows me as a regular and I have nothing but the best of things too say about the workers! Super polite, they provied the same cup of coffee every single time, and also their drive thru times are really good, in and out in a jiffy!

Super slow Tim’s, doesn’t matter if you go in or through the drive thru. Maybe put some extra staff on in the evenings instead of just having 2 people that can’t handle the amount of customers you’re getting

It wasn't just this location. No staff, even supervisors seem to know how the rewards program works. I have had thousands of points and yet have still had to pay because of this. I happened to figure it out on my own and have gone back to my frequent places to let them know. But that's only 1-2 people at these locations.nnAnd it would be easier for your staff if the program wasn't so convoluted. It's the most complicated program to collect and use that I've seen. And I've been in retail management for 15 years. I've seen many that I have managed on my own and have used other from various other establishments. This one is terrible.nnSo I do not blame the staff. I blame the training...if there is any. And the excuse will be that that there isn't enough time to train all the ins and outs of the program. However, if the rewards program were less complicated it wouldn't take long to train at all. If done the right way it would be a 60 second training per person.

The food is consistently tasty and made well at this location. I live in the area so I go there a lot and am satisfied with the food and beverage.nnThe service is always good, especially 2 particular servers that usually work at the drive-thru in the morning are excellent.nnThey don't carry few of the items I like such as peanut butter cookies Tim Hortons has the best peanut butter cookies but they do have a great selection otherwise and often their selections are available.nAlso their new fresh egg is good, not as flavorful as the ones they used to serve but that's a good thing in my opinion.nnStore appears clean.
