It wasn't just this location. No staff, even supervisors seem to know how the rewards program works. I have had thousands of points and yet have still had to pay because of this. I happened to figure it out on my own and have gone back to my frequent places to let them know. But that's only 1-2 people at these locations.nnAnd it would be easier for your staff if the program wasn't so convoluted. It's the most complicated program to collect and use that I've seen. And I've been in retail management for 15 years. I've seen many that I have managed on my own and have used other from various other establishments. This one is terrible.nnSo I do not blame the staff. I blame the training...if there is any. And the excuse will be that that there isn't enough time to train all the ins and outs of the program. However, if the rewards program were less complicated it wouldn't take long to train at all. If done the right way it would be a 60 second training per person.

For me, this is the best service out of all the tim Hortons shops I've visited especially the staff they're super friendly. I didn't make a mistake choosing where to buy my cravings . And also I love the atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back to this shop!

The ambiance is great so as the staff. You can really feel the warm welcome and as a Filipino myself, I really love the presence of your manager who is also a Filipino

The atmosphere is very light that you can actually feel like yourself while drinking your favorite coffee. Aside from that, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating to the point that they will entertain every concerns that you have regarding to your order and etc. Lastly, i can relate the cafe to the cafe in the book entitled “When the coffee gets cold”, because of the soothing and relaxing ambiance of the cafe.

Fast and friendly service early in the morning I drive through with Grace and cassy they are very accommodating
