Tim Hortons

Nice and cozy place to start or end the day with SkiFernie within half hour distance. Neatly maintained. I will restrain from reviewing customer service for any chain of restaurants. It is very individual and situational and doesn't give a true picture of an establishment.

Clean new helpful and friendly staff. Food is better than fast food in the states. Staff still learning things but overall great

Not the one for negative feedback but this is the worst timmies ive been too and it sucks cause it’s the closest one to me , 24hr. Ya thats false advertising they close at 10pm. Sometimes earlier. They never get your order right , went there last week they were out of chicken , chocolate milk , apple fridder doughnuts, and I couldn’t even get the Tim bits I wanted for my little girl. Today I go there ordered 2 , (everything bagels / extra herb and garlic cream cheese / lightly toasted / and bacon). I got a burnt up bagel , cream cheese on one side only , and the bacon was cold. I mean c’mon guys , you have lots of staff , but it doesn’t seem like anyone cares or isn’t trained right. The customer service is terrible , once over heard and employee bad mouth a customer after he drove away at the drive through. Even swearing because he returned something that wasn’t up to standard wrong coffee I believe. -5 ⭐️ For this restaurant.

Try to order a Bacon Chicken Ranch Wrap, out of chicken, asked for Chilli, out, asked for soup? out, no yogurt hardly any muffins and all of this at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. I drove to Crowsnest Pass, got everything I asked for. BTW- 8 staff on the floor only one helping customers inside (lined-up), the rest were focused on drive through which was empty. I'm sure it won't be long and this franchise will be out of business

Friendly staff and decent for a timmies. Nothing to complain about but I don't go to sparwood much.
