Herrington's Quality Butchers

The person on the counter last Friday morning suggested the baron of beef on display.to cook on the rotisserie. She assured me it would be excellent and boy was that an understatement! Well trimmed, it cooked really evenly (medium-rare) and was so tender you could almost cut it with a fork. I'll be back!!

Great quality meats, great service at a really clean and comfortable butcher shop. They're willing to customize your order, advise on preparation, etc. Locally sourced foods. They make London Broil, many types of sausage, have stuffed chicken breasts (with feta and cranberries) and fresh meat pies. They also sell frozen meat pies in 6-packs for the small ones and large pies are sold singly. There are a variety available from chicken and cranberry, chicken and veggie, to chicken curry, chili, steak and potato, steak and Guinness, beef and onion, turkey and gravy. There must be at least 6 or 7 more I've missed!
