Tim Hortons

I stopped here to have a salad. Four people behind the counter of which three where polite and helpfull to customers in line. However, I was put out by the fourth hipster age person helping out drive through. He turned his nose up at a request for a clean spoon and then proceeded with his back to the customer to put the customer handled spoon back in the dispenser, then take it out and wipe it with his glove and hand it back to the customer. He also made my salad and didn't cut the leaves up. So I ended up with a full leaf salad. Try eating that with a fork. I told him spoons are to be put in the dishwasher after being handled by customers as per food safety course, to which he just shrugged. This employee needs retraining.

Well i look forward to a good timmys coffee we were at 1813 regent st store and was so disappointed .tho we had to wait for them to bruw us a new pot THE COFFEE TASTED LIKE WATTERS. VARY SAD TO DRIVE 2 HOURS FOR THAT NOT NICE . FEELING DISAPPOINTED AND STILL NEED COFFEE

Poor house keeping, incompetent staff, and old stale food and soggy tomatoes. Not to mention they had no idea what they had already made, and they made my turkey club with ranch. Gross. ALSO .. I would imagine every Canadian has eaten a tims donut that has been sitting around for a day or two because they forgot about it or whatever. But that's what they served me. A day old donut. Terrible.
