Worst customer service lately, not sure if new management or just poor supervision but the attitude of the workers is if the customer shows any sign of not being happy or gives what they think is unjustified attitude they are to give an attitude right back. Not the way you're supposed to deal with an unhappy customer. I started going out of my way to Tim Horton's in Sudbury.

I have been a regular customer at Tim Hortons for quite some time now, and I can't help but express my disappointment with the consistently cold coffee I receive. It's disheartening to look forward to a warm and invigorating cup of coffee, only to be met with a lukewarm or downright cold beverage.nnDespite numerous attempts to communicate my preference for a hot coffee, it seems like the staff at Tim Hortons can't get it right.

Excellent service on the Monday night shift this week with the two ladies and the gentlemen working. I really wanted to Reese’s cookie and they made it happen. Keep up the hard work and the politeness. Thank you.

Everytime I get coffee at 1045pm before I go to work they water it down instead of making a fresh pot. This is absolutely unacceptable as I am paying for coffee not water

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I went there to order a Cheese Pizza, I was told they weren't accepting any pizza orders because they were cleaning their oven. I was shocked, as it was a busy time, and couldn't understand why they chose that moment to clean the oven. It seemed like they didn't care about their customers.
