The worst ever! We orderd ahead the farmers wraps. The girl behind the window first lied about no eggs, we can't even cancel the order because it was mobile order. She offered chicken wraps, but we didn't want it. After she admit they have, but have to wait 7 min. Ok. No problem. After we waited,we got our wraps, then left. We were late, got on the highway, open our order It was freaking Chicken Wraps!!!!!!! They said keep the wraps, go to an other and ask them the farmers wraps. What a heck! They say they sorry, but they don't give a thing. My boyfriend has diabetes, he has to eat!! Now what?! We are almost late from waiting , can't just go back or find an other!!!

Ice caps were good but the team leader was blasting the girl at the counter taking orders for one small mistake. That person should not be there at all, he was on a very high horse it seemed. you do not belittle some one in front of customers, never. I stop there regularly when visiting friends, but no more. They lost one customer today

I asked for egg wrap but nobody understood and staff don’t know English just wasted my 15 min in driveway

They seem to not care about their clients. Every time I order here, they never respect my instructions. I always ask if they have stirred the sugar in my tea and the answer is always yes, only to realize I am on the road and all the sugar is on the bottom of the cup. No way to stir it so I never drink it. Toasts are made with a ton of butter and put together like they don’t care about their job.nManagement should have a talk with their employees.
