What a trash location.nWas told by the person taking my order that their menu in the drive thru doesn't match the indoors menu. So a #4 outside isn't the same as a #4 inside. What are you clowns doing over here?nUpdate: Multiple times now we've gone to this location's drive thru late at night ~2-3am. Each and every time, the drive thru is blocked with crates and there's a guy inside telling people they're closed. THIS LOCATION IS NOT 24 HOURSnNo McRibs, no shakes, no ice cream. But it's all available on the touch screen menus. You just gotta wait for your order to never be served. F this place.
Everytime I go to this McDonald's, they have multiple things unavailable. It says it's open till 3am, but when I went at 2am, the doors were locked and drive through was blocked off. There were two employees inside on their phone. Always disappointed when coming here.
The food and service are O.K. I wouldn't recommend someone to go eat there. It's a decent place to go grab a bite if u got 10-15min. to spend waiting for your order.

I have been a frequent customer of the McDonald's drive-thru in La Plaine and have had consistently negative experiences. I understand that McDonald's invests a lot in marketing, and as a customer, I expect to have an enjoyable experience when I reach the drive-thru. However, this has not been the case at this particular location.nnOn multiple occasions, I have been instructed to wait in the parking lot for my order, without any explanation or apology. This has happened every single time I have visited, and it is unacceptable. I understand that there may be unexpected delays, but I expect to be informed and kept updated on the status of my order.nnFurthermore, when I have received my food, it has been cold and unappealing. This is particularly frustrating given that I have had to wait in the parking lot for an extended period of time. I have had to return home with cold food, which is not what I expect from a fast food chain like McDonald's.nnI believe that the franchisee of this location should be held accountable for the poor service and lack of proper protocols. I hope that steps are taken to improve the experience at this location, as it is consistently unpleasant. The drive-thru at this McDonald's location needs to be fixed, and it appears that close supervision from the head office would be necessary to achieve this. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that something will be done to improve the service at this location
