Ma conjointe et moi sommes amateurs d'expresso et de café latté. Nous avons récemment trouvé ce marchand qui vend principalement aux brûleries. Il y a plusieurs choix de cafés équitables. Le café est fraîchement torréfié et je vous recommande d'aller chercher votre café le jeudi, car la torréfaction se fait le mercredi.

Sinon, j'ai trouvé lepropriétaire très sympathique, il m'a fait faire le tour de son entrepôt et il m'a expliqué son processus de sélection et de torréfaction. 

Dernier point, ne vous attendez pas à boire un expresso sur place... C'est un grossiste et non une brûlerie.
