A very well run franchise staff polite and friendly very clean, I watched the area being cleaned constantly the bakery items I purchased very fresh stepped tea perfect washrooms tidy and clean. First ever Tim Hortons with neat and clean washrooms. Moreover , very friendly staff specially girl at window with spectacles I think she is the manager special thanks to her making our visit amazing

The good quality of their food is consistent. Staffs are friendly and the Manager as well. John is also welcoming in the store! Awesome service!

I went through the drive through this morning and felt so sorry for the staff there. Its not the first time I've heard the manager badgering his staff to hurry up and get moving in front of customers. He was rude and demeaning in his treatment. The person serving us looked nervous and stressed out with the treatment they are receiving from management. I know the bottom line is getting more customers through but be kind to your staff and treat them with respect. It certainly soured our experience in purchasing from your store and has in the past too. We are rethinking continuing to give our business there which we have been doing daily.

Absolutely loved this place! From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and the welcoming aroma of freshly brewed coffee set the tone. The professional staff, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
