I ordered delivery and they sent me old, stale, and bad-quality potatoes. It’s unbelievable that such a big chain can’t ensure their food arrives fresh.nnI’ve worked in fast food before, so I know exactly when potatoes are awful and should never be served, and these were a complete joke. I would never send a customer something I wouldn’t eat myself.nnI tried contacting support, but the chatbot is useless. It only makes you fill out a form, apologizes automatically, and says they’ll “send it to the store manager.” Nothing ever gets resolved.nnHonestly, don’t waste your money on stale, bad food. Very disappointing, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons .The coffee was fresh, hot, and exactly what I needed. I also tried a wrap, and it was delicious—well-prepared and really satisfying.nnA special shoutout to Simran for the excellent service. She was friendly, quick, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Keep up the great work!

Awful customer service!nThe representatives didn’t listen to the order correctly. Didn’t go over the order before I headed off to pay either.nSpoke over me several times when I tried to explain. Told me I was taking up the line with my concerns.nThe manager wasn’t there so had to wait for them to figure it out on my 9 hour journey to the north.nWhile I was there another customer started complaining about them serving persons that came after him and slow service and all he wanted was a coffee.nObviously there is a problem with the service here that needs to be addressed.

I order here a lot in drive thru,nOut of 10 times I order here 9 times they make something wrongn-Instead of steeped tea they give coffeen-You ask 3*3 but you’ll get 2*2 and on top sometimes they don’t even stirr the teanAnd one of the employee in the back was just laughing at us for no apparent reason.nSo please talk to your employees to listen the order and then prepare it.

This Tim Hortons has drastically increased in quality, speed, and courtesy recently. Ever since the new manager John took over things have really turned around.nnI used to avoid this Tim’s due to quality and how argumentative the staff were but now they are amazing.nnMy coffee is almost always perfect and any mistakes or lack of quality that does show up is quickly fixed and apologized for. Prior they used to argue you about how you said the order wrong or that the quality is fine. But now they fix everything no questions asked.nnThe drive through also is incredibly fast. Whenever the line is full I can still go into the line and expect to be out very quickly.nnWould recommend
