Tim Hortons

Won't ever visit again. I ordered on mobile and I've been waiting for my order in the store for 10 mins but they didn't give my food. I asked them when my order is going to be ready, however, they said they didn't get the order. I showed them my order number and after a few mins they printed the reciept to check if it's mine which means they got my order but somehow ignored.nnI ordered 4 items, and they gave me one item and didn't give others unless I asked. I asked over and over. I had no idea what they were doing. Two ladies just showed up on and off for some reason. They were going in and out of their staff room.nnThe poorer thing was the quailty of food. The chicken craveable was served with tiny bread it was cut half from the other bun. I have no idea where the hell that bun came from with small tiny burnt chicken which was supposed to go into the habanero loaded bowl I ordered. There were two tiny pieces of chicken in the bowl. Of course, they were burnt as well, and it was not chewable at all. I just dumped it as soon as I opened the cover, it wasn't edible. Additionally, the cover was so dirty so no one would think it is a new one lol. Do they reuse it from a garbage can? I thought it was coming from a bathroom. Doggy food would have better quaily than this store serving food.nnThe service they provided was horrible. They didn't know what they were doing. They didn't come up with any solutions to fix the problem. They literally asked us what to do. I wasted my time and money. Whoever wants waste their time and money on trashy foods, this is the right place to go.

Wouldn't normally write a review for a fast food restaurant, but just had to in this case. This is without a doubt the most disgusting, disorganized Tim's I've ever been too. Washrooms were deplorably dirty and toilet wouldn't even flush, not to mention the garbage can was overflowing with used paper towels and the air dryer machine did not even function. Clearly, the staff who were just standing around don't think its a priority to keep the public washrooms clean. Took at least 10 minutes to get my pizza. One girl was busy making everyone's orders while other staff were just hanging out and chatting it wasn't very busy. Unfortunately, the new Tim Hortons pizza offering is a huge disapointment as well. First and last time I will have that. Could have gone to a real pizza place and had a good pizza for about the same amount of time and a few more dollars.

Just like any other Tim Hortens you go to. Good coffee and snacks. Tried the Everything Bacon Flatbread. It was good, twice as big as I thought it would be. Place is clean for the most part which does bring me to my next point. Which isnnMy only complaint is that the bathroom was a little disorderly with no garbage can and cleaning supplies left laying around making for quite the mess in that little area.

Waited 25 minutes in drive-thru just to get a drink with only 2 car in front of me. The. Pull up to window and it's occupied by two people who walked up to window and had to wait anoulther 5 minutes. Then i get to window and I told them that's bullshit. Then the kid says to me, no were rejecting you now and not serving you. Everytime I've gone to this location it's absolutely terrible service. Will never come here again. Zero star rating if I could.

We ordered two Americano and we got two Cappuccino. We sat in and we got all our products served in Paper cups.nnThe floor was dirty and there were disgusting leftovers at the table next to us the whole time. Nobody was interested. Good products, bad Service
