Sushi California

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Nathan was our server & they were the best server we’ve had in ages. They made our evening perfect. The food was perfection - delicious, perfectly prepared with beautiful presentation. I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and wow — everything was spot on. The food was packed with flavour, the service was genuinely friendly, and the whole experience just felt easy and relaxed. Great location, no wait times, and a perfect little lunch spot. Definitely coming back!

The food was good not the best we have had. Once they brought our food. They never came back to check on us. To see if we would like something more to drink or if we needed anything or to see if the food was to our satisfaction. It also appeared that they had a lot of pick up or take out orders that they were busy with. Even with allowing extra time and understanding that they were busy the service was still poor. Because of this I cannot give a good rating.

As a long time customer at Sushi Sakura, I can testify to the consistent quality of the dishes. I mostly order sashimi and sushi at this restaurant are have never been disappointed. Ingredients are fresh, specialty rolls are tasty and sashimi comes in generous portion size. Agedashi Tofu is another go-to dish I order here and the texture is perfect, coating light and even. Five stars for the always friendly and attentive service. Four stars for atmosphere and food.

Best Sushi I have had in years! I've eaten in Asia and throughout Bancouver the USA and Toronto and this sushi is phenomenal! Excellent service, clean and pretty restaurant and decor and overall phenomenal experience. The rolls are massive and the menu is extensive and there are so many options. Also a good selection of Asian beer.nnA must go for anyone local or stopping through. By far the bear quality food in the cariboo and my new favorite restaurant!
