I feel bad even giving the graces of one star, for these people have absolutely no idea what they are doing either behind a cash register, taking orders or just in life in general. You may ask the most seemingly simple question and get confusion in response as though you were speaking in wookie, and the way they treat you makes you feel as though you were a big hairy ape. I am disgusted to even waste my breath on such a terrible monstrosity of a restaurant. Be advised, Starbucks may take a little longer but it is worth it, unless you want your ordered screwed up, backwards, completely different... every, single, time....

If no stars were an option that would be way more appropriate than one. Service is fine, food and coffee quality is so bad it's better to go without your Timmy's. SERIOUSLY no matter how bad the craving I would not stop or fund another option.

I only give them 2 stars because of the parking lot! Otherwise food and service is absolutely below average timmies! They messed up my simple sandwich so many times. Couple of times they informed me that they don't have meat, egg or hash brown while I have waited 10 minutes for my food. How hard is this: chicken sandwich with whole wheat bun, toasted please! It's even more difficult to mess it up than making it in the right way! Guess what, they messed it up 3 times.

Clean restaurant and competent staff. The food and drinks were perfect as usual.

Fairly classic Tim's. If you are from Canada you know it, If not, it is a staple coffee and quick service restaurant, doughnuts, timbits, bagels, soups, and sandwiches. Always consistent in food, service, and price.
