100% This place is the perfect stop for your early breakfast or to pick up a sandwich for a hike. The food here is excellent and I would argue one of the best brunch spots in Squamish. The muffins are gorgeous and the avocado on toast is brilliant. It is a real gem and I'm pleased we found it.

Best breakfast wraps/burritos EVER! Amazing muffins, bread, and huge, yummy, peanut butter protein balls. Excellent coffee. So glad we poked around until we found it! Super cool, great people, and you won't regret stopping here. A rare find. Healthy, super yummy, and though our kids were skeptical, they were easily won over. Is on the East side of the highway, facing the highway, next to the 7-11 in the multi-colored "taxpayer" building (with apartments on top, businesses on ground floor). But you can't get to it from the front side, just have to drive toward the 7-11, then keep going and turn left to go around the building until you are at the front (or park at 7-11 and walk just next door). Is a few businesses in from the sushi place. Easier than it sounds, promise, but wanted to detail. Yum!!

Great food and amazing coffee! They have wraps, sandwiches, smoothies and the amazing Mother Nature bowl along with gluten free and vegan options for cookies and muffins. It's a little bit off the beaten track but worth the search. In the summer they tend to have the AC cranked so if you tend to get chilly plan to bring a light sweater
