Tim Hortons

Today I went through this Tim Hortons drive thru here and got insulted by the employee at the drive thru. I asked for a toasted bagel with butter and got a burnt bagel with a big load of butter not even melted. I went back to get it changed and the employee made an issue about it and said there toaster isn’t working. Then why didn’t they say it when ordering at first?nnI have been going to Tim Hortons everyday for many years now. This was just absurd.nnAll I wanted was them to change the the bagel.

3 stars just for food, service was absolutely zero,nThat optic Indian girl who took our order was making faces while taking our order, and just threw the order like she was giving it for free, I wish if someone could teach her how to hand over the food andnShe actually didn’t respond when we said thank you she just made face like she actually doesn’t care about anything.nnPS I’m an Indian myself but have never seen service like this.

This is my go to Tim Hortons for my food and drink needs. It was also my first job at the age of thirteen. All the staff provides excellent service at this establishment, especially Saman who always goes above and beyond with a smile on her face. It’s not always the easiest job. You will have unpleasant and pleasant people coming in but always remember to spread kindness. :

It’s jointed with Wendy’s, so you have a nice choice of either food depending on the mood. Nice service with quick service, but I found bathroom quite dirty. Restaurant is spacious and have plenty of parking, and drive through is always a nice option in the go. Recommended.

I had the pleasure of being served by Saman at the fast food spot, and I must say, her customer service skills were top-notch. Saman greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly and accurately, and made sure I was satisfied with my meal. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor really stood out to me.
