Great restaurant but food sometimes is past due like the bagels are really hard and some staff people just don't feel welcoming.

Good place to go, now the one in Perth-Andover, too many immigrants, very poor service, too many doing g drive thru, very poor counter in the main entrance

Disgrace, paid for a large french vanilla and 3/4 of the cup was fill. Why should I asked every time to have it filled up, it really is a rip off

I was in drive thru and ordered a wrap and breakfast sandwich along with an iced coffee and a hot chocolate I had to log in to my Tim's app again while at the window I didn't notice i was logged out before I got to the window and the lady was very impatient while I logged into my account again I don't have a physical card I told the lady to hold on a second while the page loaded but I had handed her the money to pay for my order once that was done she gave me my change and told me to have a good day she didn't scan my barcode for the rewards program or anything else.

They ow have steep tea available without sitting around to wait for it lately they have a girl at the drive-thru who is very polite and looks like she enjoys her job.
