Burger King

I recently visited your establishment and encountered an issue with a staff member. After paying for my meal, I was treated rudely by an employee with purple hair. When I inquired about her behavior, she went to the back of the kitchen and spoke to the cook. This made me uncomfortable, and I decided not to take or consume the food I had purchased for nearly $13.nnGiven that I had a 14-hour drive ahead of me, this experience has left me feeling unwell. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will no longer be a customer of Burger King.

Grand-Falls NB’s Burger King is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a take-out establishment and shouldn’t be in business. I don’t know how they stay open. Everyone from here knows not to eat there from bad customer service, dirty restaurant and there’s always an issue. To sum it up, for the past two years, here’s what I dealt with: no apple pies ever ready-they make you wait while they cook it, take out drive thru out of order, drive-thru cash out of order-can’t place two orders at oncetotally ridiculous, out of ice cream, no bilingual staff, extremely bad customer service, can’t order ice cream 30 minutes before closing as they cleaned their machines, can’t provide you with receipt because their machine is broken, food ready in two minutes-obviously not freshly cooked and always has stale bread and finally today the last straw-went again because my daughter loves their milkshakes and they were out of mix for the milkshakes! Honestly, a customer shouldn’t have to put with that!!!

This Burger King is my favourite. I’ve lived in NL, ON and NB. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh put together properly. This is our families go too!

Went to order a burger and fries at 5pm they had no pickles and no fries. They gave me soggy mushy deep fried onions that were loke eating soggy fries. The staff were rude and the manager no better. I would recommend eating somewhere else.

Went there and ask for 2 whoppers jr with bacon arrived home no bacon wanted some mozzarella fries told me would take 15 minute to have some because they needed to wait for the fryer and they ask me to park for 2 whoppers jr. THAT PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
