Tim Hortons

It is posted on the door that will open the restaurant salle à manger at 05:00. I arrived there at 06:10, and the door was closed, but drive in open. I asked politely to open the restaurant doors because I am with a Big Truck, and I can’t get to drive in, and I would like to have my Tim Coffee, and as it posted on the door it should be open. Their answer at drive in was: we are only 4 people working here, we don’t have enough staff to open the doors from restaurant. I asked if I can walk in at drive in, and they said NO is only for cars not for pedestrians, so no more Tim coffee for me in the morning. Very disappointed!

This is obviously the worst Tim Hortons on the planet! I just ordered a worker sausage wrap and was given a wrap with mustard and no hasbrown in it and the service was execrable!

It's the same Tim Horton, the coffee and the timbits are the same, something that makes one location better than others are the staff and the environment that they create.nnIf they don't care, customers feel it.nnIf they have language barriers and can't speak both English and French and keep them waiting and waiting and waitingnIt means they don't care,nn& when they don't care, it's not a profitable location anymore.

Went through the drive through, there was a line up but it shouldn't have taken a half an hour to get our order of 2 hot beverages and 2 breakfast sandwiches. My French is more than abit rusty but was able to order in French. They really need staff here especially with the area that they are in.nDoesn't matter how much they get paid, they knew that going in and either you have good work ethics or you don't.nWages should be raised in all areas of work with the cost of living going up though.

Staff are so rude. They thrown food on my face.nnConnected with guest service representative on Wednesday, but still didn’t hear back from them.
