Tim Hortons

We visited twice and in an effort to speed things up, they grabbed the wrong cookie two times. We corrected each time, but they either didn't get it right a second time, or we just kept the wrong treat because there was a huge line. Everything was fresh. The coffee was good, but my husband's espresso tasted vastly different each day. He's ordered the same thing each time.nMy opinion may be influenced by the yumminess of the Nutella croissant.

Why was the urinal mat... on top of, and not IN, the urinal? I think it was touching the flush button. I switched to the toilet.nnNot hygienic.

Worse customer service. The lady didn’t even know how to work with cashier! And at the end told me to go to another Tim Horton cuz she didn’t know how to get order in english! And she was so rude! Overall Tim Horton is really good in all countries but this branch has to think about how to treat customers!

Slow service. Dirty tables and bathroom. The hygiene department should visit these coffee shop more oftennI am yet to find a clean Tim's.

It is posted on the door that will open the restaurant salle à manger at 05:00. I arrived there at 06:10, and the door was closed, but drive in open. I asked politely to open the restaurant doors because I am with a Big Truck, and I can’t get to drive in, and I would like to have my Tim Coffee, and as it posted on the door it should be open. Their answer at drive in was: we are only 4 people working here, we don’t have enough staff to open the doors from restaurant. I asked if I can walk in at drive in, and they said NO is only for cars not for pedestrians, so no more Tim coffee for me in the morning. Very disappointed!
