Today after many failed attempts at this Tim Hortons, My fiancé and I stopped by for a quick bite before our road trip. We ordered two farmers wraps, with no egg, apparently this really throws a wrench in remembering the other ingredients necessary as we received two dry wraps with no chipotle sauce they always come with. Last time at this location we received two wraps that were not toasted at all and cold. Wouldn’t recommend this Tim Hortons as each time it seems something is made incorrectly or unavailable.
I went to grab a hot chocolate and a donut an hour ago and what i saw inside the shelf where the food is kept was disgusting. Has anyone ever tried Flies dipped in chocolate donuts? If not, then one should visit the Tims located at DownTown Kitchener. I am sure everyone has some weird and disgusting experience with this store. And the most funny part is the staff there says its nature; they cnt do anything about it. Do put your reviews and let the health officials know what these guys are serving and how they are playing with the health of everyone around.
I usually enjoy coming to this Tim Hortons because the staff is so friendly and welcoming. However, the new manager Tapinder's attitude was very unfriendly and rude when I brought up that the Mocha Ice Cap tasted off—it felt like it was made with stale milk, and it even made me feel sick later. The team is great, but the manager really brings down the experience with her poor customer service.
I recently posted a review regarding my experience about receiving a stale mocha ice cap and the manager’s rude behavior. After posting my complaint, I received a call from the store’s number. Shockingly, I believe it was the same manager calling, pretending to be from customer service. Their behavior was rude once again, and no effort was made to resolve my issue.nnIt’s extremely concerning that someone would fake their identity instead of addressing the problem professionally. This is my second time encountering such poor service, and after this experience, I will not be returning to this location again.nnTim Hortons needs to take customer complaints seriously and hold its staff accountable for ensuring respectful and honest service. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
My experience was wonderful! Great customer service, got my food on time and was not burning hot or ice cold, and the cleanliness of the store overall had improved so much! So proud of these guys!
