My fiancé and I were just discussing how we love this location because it never messes up our vegetarian order as we always get the cilantro lime veggie wrap. Not only did we have to park to the side to wait for our food which was not really reflective of what we ordered, we finally got our food and was missing a double toasted cream cheese bagel once again nothing crazy. My partner went back in and was able to get his bagel only for us to get on the road and find out our so-called veggie wraps have chicken in them. Not only did we have to wait, they messed up our order even after repeating it back to us. Very disappointed especially after we were sharing gratitude as we got into the drive-thru line for the location. Also very offensive to receive meat after explicitly asking for a veggie as vegetarians. It doesn’t help that we didn’t receive a receipt and we can’t view a receipt on the Tim Hortons app - I don’t normally do this but we would like to ask for compensation and if the store manager could get in contact with us as I would’ve given this location a five star based off our previous experiences.nEDIT: We were able to get a hold of the store manager who provided us with compensated veggie wraps and acknowledgement of where they messed up and how they will do better in the future. Now that is proper customer service. Thank you !
I’m not the kind of person who writes reviews, let alone negative ones — but this experience left me with no choice.nnMy family and I came to Tim Hortons hoping to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing and honestly disturbing experience.nnWe ordered soup for our child and were shocked to find a piece of plastic inside it. That is completely unacceptable and incredibly unsafe. On top of that, the bacon on the flatbread pizza was completely burnt on one side and practically missing on the other.nnI ordered two soups but was not given the correct amount of sides bread or crackers, and there was no butter offered either. The staff seemed extremely slow and disengaged — it was already midday, yet they looked like they had just woken up.nnThis whole experience was both upsetting and gross. Mistakes happen, but this felt like a complete lack of care. I truly hope management takes this seriously — families deserve better, and so does your brand.
Been to this Tim Hortons 3 times and will never be going back to this location anymore. Every single time we order something, they either forget a piece of our order or do not make the order correct.nI just ordered a vanilla protein latte. They frothed the milk and put vanilla in it but somehow forgot the espresso shot.nManager really needs to assess who he/she is hiring at this place.
Recently went to the place for my morning coffee. The guy named Aish probably the manager was very friendly and helpful. Also came to the dining area for a little chat. Overall great customer service with great attitude.
This Tim Hortons location has been absolutely appalling for the past couple of weeks now I don’t know what happened. Everything used to be made so good properly well done and now recently when I’m going there, they are half assing everything. I ordered a plain bagel, cream cheese, chipotle sauce and bacon. Mind you get charged additionally for any topping that is not butter. I received two pieces of bacon and barely any sauce and one whole side of my bagel didn’t even have cream cheese on it? Its really disappointing and ironic because Tim Hortons used to be known as the only place that wasn’t stingy with their toppings. This is my first time writing a review about this particular location, but this is not the first time an incident has happened like this where they have completely messed up. A whole order, have not had any cream cheese on their bagels even when asked while ordering , made a completely different drink than ordered I don’t know what’s happened You guys need to hire better people and more people who are FLUENT in English. Im sure a lot of other people are frustrated about this as well as I am. Its a joke. Every single one of your employees are lazy and rude. Dont come here.
