I have to say it was already no acceptable service and it became terrible!nI ordered food and drinks at the machine because Kids like it !nNot only they didn't call me for 15 minutes ,but to make it even worse,they had the soup sitting on the counter all this tome with no bread!answer to my inquiry was:we don't have the bread you ordered!so for goodness sake let me know!!! And same thing with swirl hot chocolate! It was on the menu,they don't have it,and they don't even bother to call you and let you know!nCould it be any worse? From my experience with this Tims in last 4 years,there is no end to this awfulness!!
As a lifelong vegetarian, I selected a simply cheese pizza as they have discontinued grill cheese melt from Tim Hortons' drive-through. However, I was given a bacon flatbread instead; fortunately, a friend pointed out the error as I struggled to differentiate between meat and other toppings. This mistake could have had severe consequences for me.nnThe girl with the black hat displayed rudeness when I explained the mix-up. Customer service Staff needs to offer a smile and an apology in such situations.nnThankfully, another employee handled the issue professionally, apologizing and replacing the item. Although they took a lot of timennLastly, I hope Tim Hortons takes greater care to avoid such errors in the future.nnIn Picture: Replaced one
i’m sorry but people at tim hortons have one job and that’s simply to get an order correct. i asked for no tomato which was clearly ignored what if i had an allergy? and i don’t know about you but this egg DEFINITELY shouldn’t have been used. like what is this!!! considering prices have gone up tremendously there’s no way this is worth $13 with a drink. seriously, get it together
Graham is an absolutely amazing guy. He should be promoted. He always greets me with a smile and asks how I am doing. He takes his time to understand your order unlike alot of workers who rush you every time you order. He is polite and is a good person.Thank you Graham for being so friendly and kind!
I ordered extra large coffee with half french vanilla blend at the drive through, the Tim Horton’s employee first ordered the product correctly at $2.35. however, moments later he switched the product costing me more than $3.50. I raised the issue at the window and the lady after a short debate and when I shown the receipt from the other Tim Horton’s agreed to switch the price to original $2.35 but it was a great inconvenience and time wastage for us. This branch much not try to rip off it’s customer and shall be honest and customer friendly.
