Waited and no one wanted to serve front end. Change table was unusable and broken for awhile. The handicap toilet in girls bathroom splashes you when it goes off when you stand up. It’s so small your get wet because you can’t get out of fast enough.
I ordered my hot chocolate Thursday night after work i came home my hot chocolate wasnt filled up to the top it was half.
I recently purchased an iced coffee from Tim Hortons and was extremely disappointed to find not just one or two, but a bunch of tiny hairs both inside and on the outside of my drink. While it would be concerning to find hairs on the outside, it's even more disturbing to find them inside the drink itself. I must say, my expectations from Tim Hortons are dwindling. It's crucial for the company to improve and maintain their product quality. I feel not only that my time was wasted, but also my money. I strongly believe that the staff needs to be trained better. It's important for employees to genuinely care about customers, display professionalism, and provide a pleasant ordering experience. The management need to take these concerns seriously and ensure that their team is delivering the best service. I'm very disappointed with my recent experience.
I have no idea what is going on with tims. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I have been going to this location every single day. Slowly their quality has gotten worse but these past 3 weeks was crazy. Every single day they are making my order terrible. Not even able to drink it. And when i tell them whats wrong all i get is attitude and them slamming the window on me. Check these photos and tell me if you think these are creamy chills or not?? Its not once but 3 times ive been served this
Good selection of baked goods. They had blueberry bagels which are my favourite. Hard to find them in Ontario. Friendly staff. The washrooms were clean and maintained.nEven though they were very busy, they were very polite on the phone when I called with an inquiry.
