We ordered oreo ice cap and mocha ice cap, but only added ice in ice cap and it's watery,, taste wash wrost,,, very very bad experience ...nStaff was rude and not supportive, one lady just argued with us not accept her mistake..nI would never recommend anyone to try any stuff at this location.
This is the best location in Whitby!! Everyone knows your order when you come in even if its in the drive through. Jane is always so friendly at the speaker and the ladies inside are so welcoming. I don't think I could ever go to another Timmie's now they are awesome!
Tim Hortons is a great place for a quick and satisfying meal.nnThe coffee is consistently good, and the selection of pastries and sandwiches is always fresh. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming.nOverall, everything is just right for a casual stop during the day.
Just bought Small Coffee with two creams via Drive Thru. Though there was no rush at this time but coffee is surely not drinkable as it is cold as an ice cap.
This Tim Hortons is better than the Tim Hortons on 516 Brock St N. The reason why I say this is because I have been to the Brock St Tim's and most of the time their staff is not as friendly as the one here and their food is not the greatest. This Tim Hortons, However, has better food and the staff is actually nicer to you. If you're in the neighborhood and are trying to decide on which Tim's to go to, I hope you read this review and choose to go to this Tim Hortons. Thank you.
