I have to say, this is the most perfectly chocolate dip donut I've ever gotten. Best staff at the Brooklyn Tim Hortons, thumbs up Walter.
As in many Tim branches, the toilets are poorly maintained. I want to wash my hands, the sink is very dirty, also the tap is very short, it is impossible to wash my hand without touching the sink. They put hand washing instructions on the wall, if you wash clean hands, you will come out dirty and infected.
This Tim Hortons highlights its consistently good quality of food and beverages, along with its efficient service. However, Needs improvements to be made in tables n service to enhance the overall experience.
They never make the coffee nicely.I am tired of visiting here.I always have to wait and ask for more sugar coz I don’t taste sugar at all in a triple triple.They make it decent in the morning but the crew after 6 I have seen are not nice or don’t make the food nicely.No reason to come back.
I had just been on a bike ride and I’m sure a looked like a tomato because of how red my face was. I nice guy was at the register how apologized for the wait of literally less then a minute it was mid day there were like 3 workers there and they were oddly busy for a week dayI ordered an icecap, which is always amazing. I took three steps out of the building, grabbed my bike with one hand and instantly dropped it. I was almost in tears. I walked back in with a very very fake smile, and ask to buy another. The same guy who took my order the first time, walked over to another employee and quietly asked her something. He came back, smiled and said not worry about it. I got a new icecap and tried not to cry at the small act of kindness. I never do one of these reviews but what was probably a blip in their day has stuck with me and brightened my rough week. The employees are so kind, and that icecap tasted like heaven in a cup. If I could give it more starts I would!!!
