I sent a friend to pick up a breakfast sandwich and a drink for me. Everything was written down on a piece of paper. My writing is neat and legible.nnI asked for a french vanilla with 1/4 coffee. The numbers were clearly written.nI asked for a bacon & egg breakfast sandwich with cheddar substituted. Double toasted written in BOLD.nnI get my with drink 1/2 coffee written clearly on the lid. It tastes like more than half coffee. I get my breakfast sandwich doughy and under toasted. The cheese hasn’t even melted.nnMaybe the server thought “I didn’t know what I wanted” and adjusted accordingly.nnI do know I’ve worked enough years at Timmies to know that when it’s busy speeding up the toaster might move the line a little faster but it also pi#*@! Off the regular customers who don’t get what they ordered.nI had to toast the sandwich at home - but it never toasts the same.

Since the renovations, I enjoy the concept of a walk up. However the service had been so slow I felt compelled to say something.nnThey're either horribly understaffed, or have absolutely no motivation to provide expedient service. Either way, not a good customer experience!
Since the new renovations, the service has been awful, 4 times this week I've dealt with waiting in line for 20 minutes just for one coffee twice, and ended up leaving without my order by the second time. The employees stand around and do nothing now that they don't have anyone standing inside waiting anymore. I live a block away and im still just going to go to east court now. Atleast they know how to do their jobs.
Ordered 2 white hot chocolate and got brown ones then was rude about when we ordered why would that matter we just wanted our white hot chocolate and we just left from there to go back like this isnt the first time i ordered white hot chocolate and was served brown hot chocolate awful each time
