There’s a lady in boy-cut there every night near 9pm, been more than month, never complained but she talks a lot and every order is mess up and then ask for making new ones. Even last night, i ordered two steep teas, first she said she messed up with milk n cream but we said that’s fine also she just keeps talking. Next when i tried it after moving from line, it was actually coffee she gave us. My suggestion is either don’t come to work or leave your talks out of workplace. Don’t waste money of people n even your employer who manages cup orders!!!
Not the first time where I got an XL 4c4s and the coffee not only tastes burnt, there's not enough creamer and taste like there's 0 sugar making me have to fix it at home , if I wanted to make one I wouldn't go get one becoming more and more of an issue
Probably the worst tim hortons in Cornwall.. the coffee never tastes like there's sugar, if they are putting sugar maybe the employees should be shown that you need to stir coffee because apparently it's not common knowledge amongst the employees.nThey are supposed to serve fresh food and i have received old hard hashbrowns that you could break a tooth on, on more than one occasion. It's like none of the employees care about customer service, aside from a couple who have been there a long time. It's bad enough you have to stand out in the cold at this location while they put drive thru first and even when no one is in the drive thru you are left ringing the doorbell 2-3 times while staff chit chats amongst themselves. Very disappointed in this location in the last year.. do better
Very poor customer service. The staff member ignored me while taking my order and then made it incorrectly. Boy cut old-ladynnI clearly asked for a black coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar on the side, but she mixed everything together. When I politely said I wanted it separate, she yelled at me instead of fixing the mistake.nnThis was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I expect better service from Tim Hortons.
I don’t know where they get double-double when you ask for two cream? Last week I brought my coffee back telling neck tattoo that I can’t have sugar, tattoo told me “to each his own “, not the answer I expected to hear. People can be trained and flushed, other than that never really had a problem there. Oh well to each their own.
