I went there today and ordered a simply sausage breakfast sandwich on her croissant with chipotle sauce when I arrived home, I noticed that it was not toasted. I called and she said you need to drive back and return it if you would like the proper one I loaded my kids got back in the car and drove there, and when I got to the window, she was very rude to me stating that they are not normally toasted and that they’re only doing this as a one time convenience with major attitude in her voice said to her please don’t be rude to me. I’ve ordered the same thing from other Tim Hortons and they have always came toasted. Upon arriving home for the second time, they loaded my sandwich in so much chipotle that you could not even see the sausage on It was dripping from all sides, pictures attached this girl needs to be fired and has absolutely no customer service skills. She needs to remember that she’s working at Tim Hortons and needs a reality check. I contacted head office and they assured me they are always toasted. She doesn’t even know what she’s Talking about and apparently likes to act like she is something special and attack paying customers at every chance she gets.
This Tim Hortons is so slow! Wait time is ridiculous in the drive thu and inside. Service is slow and you can't understand anyone at cash half the time. Honestly probably better if they found better management that actually made the workers work. Stop trying to be a restaurant when your a coffee shop!
2 of your employees like to make fun of the costumers in the stores and I caught them pointing and laughing at me and kept side eyeing eachother, both at LEAST in their mid 30s with tattoos. too grown to be making fun of elders and teenagers, they work almost every day and CONSTANTLY talk bad about daily customers and act unprofessional, I'm not greeted with friendly smiles I'm greeted knowing they'll be making fun of me as soon as I walk out, unless you want GROWN ADULTS talking about you behind your back no matter how nice you are too them I suggest you don't come here, I wont be.
Much friendlier staff than my last visit. The cleathinest has improved over my last visit. it may just have been a bad day on my previous stop at this business.
The slowest, unfriendly staff. No good morning or Hello or even a smile. Just barking at customers. Can feel the tension between the staff. Kyera? Take a customer service lesson or two. Scowls and barking... yet people keep going back for their precious Java #gross
