Every time I come to town I want to love this Starbucks but the pace is very slow. They are kind, but I come into town once a year and every time I try this place it’s never speedy. They had 7 people on and yet I still waited 12 mins for one beverage and it was an easy one. So the only feedback is to increase the dedication to walk up orders to the counter- don’t just concentrate on mobile and drive thru.
Very unprofessional staff, slow and begrudging service, bugs on the baked goods. They need an adult to manage the place. If you’re paying $6 for a coffee you shouldn’t be made to feel like you’re inconveniencing the servers while they’re trying to gossip.
Order mobile app, the new updated system showing the progress of your order is super helpful! Aside from sometimes getting an iced version of what I ordered, the new staff here is 10/10! Most super friendly, quick and always service with a smile! And thanks for always loving up the fur babies, makes their day, and mine!
Such a great Starbucks! Once you're greeted by the infamous Ariel you'll know. If there is a long drive thru line its because they are busy providing great customer service. This location supports Indigenous folks which is incredible for a large chain. Drive thru or walk in service is great no matter what. They have nitro coffee and I'd recommend the dragon fruit drink! Large chain products with all small town vibe. Don't forget to grab coffee grounds for your garden on the way out. Only downside restrooms are NOT available here.
Jack was friendly and provided us with a nice cup of coffee. This location is not following their own protocols. There’s no indoor eating or drinking and yet there are two customers permitted to do so.
