Always enjoy my trip through the drive through. The morning staff is always fun! They make my large mocha French vanilla double double hot chocolate perfect every time!
Ordered breakfast items for my family. They forgot one of my hash browns and as such I had to go into the restaurant and get my missing item. Do better. You have one job, to make sure we get what we paid for.
the only problem i have is the foreign staff members...i KNOW how that sounds but when you really observe them you can tell the white workers work ALOT harder, understand english alot better and don't stumble, they also make you wait nearly 20 mins in line when the lineups just getting longer and longer...and every single drink i order, EVERY ONE...is not stirred, which is their JOB to do...all i want is good service with half decent food/drinknnoh and your breakfast eggs are most times moldy on the inside of the egg and they use them anyway
They don't seem to get the orders right. Always missing an item or two. Don't even bother ordering from Uber/Skip.
Seating area was very dirty and extremely dusty. Seems like it needs a good cleaning. Mislabled product signs.
