Good portion for $8.99 in this Tim location. Love how they’ve mastered the art of minimalist cuisine. Less is truly less here.
I was at drive-thru.nI ordered 20 timbits: 2 old fashion + 9 chocolate glazed + 9 strawberry filled. They said they don't have strawberry filled but they have blueberry filled. I cannot see the item so assuming its a same product as strawberry filled but its a blueberry jelly, I agreed to the alternative.nBut when I got to work 20mins later and opened to find out this is a BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE timbit.nThis will give me the runs!nWhy is the staff not trained properly to SAY THE CORRECT NAME of the item.nLEARN your menu before getting on the headset to take orders.nI would never had agreed to this.nI wished I could have a choice to rate below 0 star or below.nWasted the food and money.
Great location and quick service!nI stopped by this Tim Hortons and was really happy with how fast and friendly the staff were. The place was clean, and my coffee and food came out fresh. Perfect spot if you’re in the area and need a quick bite or drink. Open 24/7 too, which is super convenient. Definitely one of the better Tim’s I’ve been to!
I went to this Tim Horton store yesterday to buy coffees but we were in the front counter almost 5 minutes no one was ready to take our order, because they were really busy chatting in Hindi language and didn’t care about waiting clients. This location wasn’t like this before till they hired all the Indian students. I believe most of them are working part-time and don’t care about the customers at all. I never even going to visit this location in future rather going to take my business elsewhere.
I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Jaspreet Kaur. She greeted me with a warm smile and provided quick, efficient service. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made my visit enjoyable. It’s always nice to see such great customer service!
