I ordered a grande elphaba cold brew, they forgot to put candy sprinkles in it, coffee and the foam were mixed when I got it, and after 2 min the foam was gone see picture. I ordered cold brew here before it was sweet and watery like sugar water.
I haven’t been to a Starbucks in forever, but I was getting my teeth cleaned at Smiles on Seven down the street, and thought I should get in my final sips of teeth staining coffee in, before my cleaning nnI am so impressed with how quickly I got my drink. The line was huge and yet everyone working was so efficient. Also, my drink might have been the best caramel macchiato I’ve had at any Starbucks. I opted to add oat milk because if I don’t spend at least $6.50 on a coffee, am I really living my best millennial life?!
can confirm- the customer service is absolutely awful.nnthe cashier took my order and wished me well whilst looking at her phone the entire time. and when i asked the barista for cinnamon on my chai latte i got attitude.
Not sure what the problem was, but maybe you should smile and work on being more polite Ally. This is especially when you’re customer facing taking orders. Starbucks is known for exceptional customer service and for some reason I never get it at this location. Take notes from the Unionville location.
Lisa was very polite to the white customers ahead but dismissive and rude to me. I don't know if you treat custom by their race. When I asked to adjust my frap's sweetness, she claimed it couldn’t be changed. Very disappointing, especially on my birthday.
