Overall; you typical starbies experience.nnWasn’t many people considering it was a tuesday night, however, service was quick and the brown sugar shaken oat espresso with sweet vanilla foam was perfect as I needed a coffee very badly.nnThe place is also your average Starbucks, but it is a fairly large space so even if you’re waiting for drinks, there’s gonna be enough space. It doesn’t look like it from outside, so very deceiving.nnMy kids play volleyball in the area, so will definitely be coming back to this locationnnGreat job overall
Came in to claim my birthday drink but the reward wasn’t popping up on the POS. Lady at cash asked for ID and allowed it anyways. She was also friendly and when I received my drink the drawing was so cute!
You might want to consider wiping down your tables MORE THAN once a day. I was sitting there a few days ago and at the table infront of the window, there was an older Asian man with a collection of news papers who proceeded to scratch his shoeless FOOT, drop dead skin onto the floor, and take a piece of dead skin from his foot and PUT IT ON THE TABLE. Not only is that ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY, but I didn't think homeless people can enter Starbucks.
The biggest difference between Starbucks and Tim is the service attitude. The waitresses at Starbucks seem to be young and enthusiastic, making people feel welcome. Very comfortable experience. The waitress Chantel in this room was lovely and she told me that if I didn't like the taste of the drink I tried for the first time today, I should tell them immediately and she could help me modify it to my liking. Taste aside, is that a 5-star greetingnBy mistake, I forgot to check it is cold drink or hot Chantel changed for me right away without any grumble… She is the best When I got to the star, I found they drew a Q picture on top of my drink So nice of you , all girls
The employees were incredibly nice and efficient. The coffee tasted amazing. The shop itself was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot for a quick coffee break or a relaxed visit!
