I'm not a big fan of franchise fast food restaurants and yet here I am. Busy or not Tims is generally not clean, half the tables are not wiped down, garbage on the floor and staff that make excuses like this is a high school cafeteria. However... When I asked a staff member about this he did go out and not just wipe my table but wiped all the tables and swept out the floor. His name is Dhillon, he works at the Discovery Place location in Campbell River, he did a good job and he was pleasant. Keep him and give him a raise!
It was our first visit to this place. I asked for a favour. One employee said that they can do that. But then manager said that they can’t. I agreed with that and then she went to other employees and talked about it and they started laughing at my face. Such a shame behaviour from your employees. Train them properly in a field of customer service. How to behave with your customers. As a tourist I am not going to recommend this place to anyone.
Waiting for my mobile order a staff member asked me super rude what I want. I think she noticed how rude she was but she didn't apologize and just walked away.nCoffee was okay, had it way better at other Tims.nThe worst was the parking lot: the drive through line goes all around the building and blocks not only the whole parking lot but even the street. The parking lot is completely unusable and empty.
I find that the drive-through area is disgusting. I brought it to the attendance attention many times and still it’s gross. What my concerns are if that’s the way they take care of their building. How do they take care of what’s inside.
Was annoyed that there was literally next to no caramel in our premium donuts!!! Staff were annoyed when I used my points card an asked for my hot water in a To go cup an not their mug! My cheese tea biscuit was nice an my friends tea was good.
