Great, clean place. Reliably good coffee however service can be really slow.nnThey were very good on getting mobile orders completed but were slow moving on in-house orders and almost crawling at the drive-thru. They also forgot one of my items on an order but they were quick to correct.nnNice atmosphere and easy to access location.
There is 2 girl , one of them big fatty girl behaving so rudely like there is no limit. She didn’t listen what I order she made 2 time wrong order and has lots of ego , she said that’s what I make in day so I remember that drink which I did not order
Good food, but sometimes they mess up your order. Ok service because when you ask for a replacement drink, you get a face, and not great music choice for the loudspeaker
Everyone is always super friendly and drinks are great. You guys do a great job especially considering how busy it can be!
Very slow and rude service. I waited 20 minutes to receive my 2 simple drinks, a latte and a cappuccino without any alterations. After 15 minutes when I asked about my drinks thinking someone else may have taken them by mistake the tall man rudely answered: “we are busy and your drinks will come, thank you for your patience” but it was said with a snappy attitude. I finally received my drinks after waiting 20 minutes from when I ordered them in person at the store, not including time in the lineup. They seem to prioritize the drive through over in person interactions.
