I have always gotten wrong orders at this location that I've frequently used. Just now I was very very rudely talked down to by not 1 but 3 employees , 2 Caucasians one male one female and 1 black.nnI would never use the Lord's name in vain but the black young man did as if to assume I was being unmannared. The first young man was lecturing me what I should be doing instead of correcting my order. The steeped tea that was replaced was with a watered down version. The black young man told me to taste it twice, I said I know it by colour what's in it. He reiterated I should taste it. I gave it back telling him I know what I should be getting.nnNext was this young black man expressing going to church and calling out the Lord's name in vain. I took offense to that. The window was 'slammed' shut before I was to drive away. That was another rude and lack of respect to customers who aren't either Caucasians or Blacks.nnWhy is it that employees at this location are not trained on customer service instead?nnApril 23 2024nI had wrong order again and guess what? They PRIMOTED the employee I complained about to a Supervisor. WOW! I tried to put a review on here but seems impossible. Fast foreward 31 days later, I still am getting wring orders and no one not the managers not even the franchise owner/s bothered to callback. So for the last 31 days, this location continues the same practice with so much wrong orders at the window and NOBODY CARES!!nnShame on management and franchise owner that promotes their employees for the poor service and attitude towards their job and their customers. I just had a wrong order again 15 minutes ago.nnBTW...I've talked to customer service by calling the number many many times only to be told it's escalated and I will get a callback in couple days...it's been 31 days.nnUPDATE - Wednesday 29 May 655pmnSame 'supervisor' was present at the window, Chloe, and myself and wife got wrong orders again an no writing on the cover to indicate what drink was made to correspond with the order on the screen. Why then ask what we want when it's going to get wrong everytime and worst of all, it a supervisor leading with poor example!! To make matters worst, a server named Nathaniel who is black, deliberately threw the wrong order in the sink causing a splash which i believe was with the intent to have some on me. That is so rude, so unprofessional and there's no manager on site. I had spoken on the phone to a manager Kirsten and was told there would be retraining and she would speak to the so called 'supervisor ' about this.nnJust because I'm neither black nor white, I don't deserve this racist treatment from Tim Hortons or their staff. This is a recurring treatment towards customers due to poor training and total disrespect especially the disrespect towards the job they're there for.nnTo sum it up, there a lack of leadership and a lot of DISCRIMINATION!
Terrible experience at this location on multiple occasions even after confirming the person understands the order. Either they are not paying attention, don’t care or don’t know how to key it in.nOrdered farmers wrap with no meat and got it with sausage. Took it back, they remade the order but this time they put no meat and no hash brown. I didn’t take it back for a third time as this was in drive through but it’s such a hit and miss at this location! It’s disappointing that there is no consistency and you’re essentially overpaying. There was no lineup so no excuses.
Would like to rate 0 stars.nUsed to work here and can fully say this Tim Hortons has went completely downhill, dine-in or drive-thru used to have fast service, great atmosphere and overall great employees. Now, the entire staff is full of NEW employees that are rude, passive and are NOT knowledgeable to the items on the menu how does that even work?… they get mad and rude with customers because they didn’t know certain things went on certain sandwiches… not to mention the evening shift tends to hide in the back during line-ups. There are 3 younger boys in the evening that are amazing but anyone else that work alongside them, hides and leaves them to do ALL the chores + drive thru/dine in. Sad to seenAnother extremely disgusting characteristic, this time for management — I had a manager say they were going to hire me back for a total of 11 weeks, constantly saying things like “call me in 2 weeks and we’ll move forward” or “yes I have a position available, give me a week to get the schedule in order” - then radio silence and an apology when I persistednOverall, just sad. I go here once a day at least and regardless of the amount I spend it’s just sad to see such a popular Tim Hortons be in such disarray.
This Tim Hortons location is also often out of basic items, but it’s even worse because they don’t realize that until they’ve already charged your card. Tim Hortons is not a serious business, they do not respect their customers, they take new pride and providing a reliable service. their national embarrassment, as I told all the Americans I work with when I was visiting New York last week
Drive through was slow at window. Had to wait a bit after I gave my gift card while the staff gossiped about who was pregnant. Finally, I had to say to them you can talk later, how much is left on my card. I had to wait for the return of my card in all fairness, my food was ready when I got to the window but processing the payment the staff was not focused on the customer but the gossip. Not impressed.
