I've already spoken to customer service who were very nice, but I still wanted to leave a review too cause recently I have had nothing but poor experiences at this location, today's being the worst.nnI order a Frappuccino that is all white in colour. After drinking it for a bit, it started melting and I noticed some black/dark brown spots appearing at the top of the drink. It was pretty gross so I dumped it out. When I dumped it, there was paper towel inside the cup at the bottom.nnI was super grossed out obviously and contacted customer service who, like I said, were lovely. But after numerous poor experiences at this location for a variety of reasons I wanted to finally post a review
Good Bye Tenner— only 4 vehicles but it still took 10 minutes for this location to fail making this Paradise Summer Refresher. I think those disgusting chunks are supposed to be the coconut flavouring?? I have a glorified cup of pineapple juice with chewy floating chunks. Sadness.
Very clean but no seating nDrive-thru ordering took a while but very friendly staff. Ordered a coffee. No complaints there.
Starbucks is a treat for my husband and I and today we were VERY disappointed. We both got one of the new summer time drinks and they tasted great but the cup was MORE than 75% ice. If I wanted to pay for ice I would’ve stayed home
I asked for a s'mores frap which they don't carry. The barista improvised with what he had and made me a delicious frap! He also acknowledged my pup which automatically gets 5 stars! :
