I dont understand whats going on with customer service nowadays. The cashier made a mistake on my order, the person preparing it is getting upset at the client me and has an attitude because they got the order wrong. I need to go after the cashier to explain my refund situation. What happened to simple apology.
I was just at the drive-through service and I had an exceptional service with Mohammed made us the best ice cappuccino extra whipped cream Will definitely be back
Had the wrong item made and they gave me what I originally wanted and let me keep the other one. Very happy
Waited to place my order for apex 5 mins…while they were finishing a conversation finally Ordered 2 Tim matins both served Cold and asked for double toasted and nope! No sausage they replaced it with bacon ‍ Very disappoint to not get what I ordered and paid for
