Worst customer service. I ordered steeped tea and chicken wrap. There were 2 indian girls in the restaurant And she served coffee and chicken wrap was not fresh. I told her its a coffee and i ordered steeped tea then she said its not Toronto to get tea. She was very rude. I think manager should teach her how to serve customers
We asked for two refresher one of them was right the other one wrong so we went back to the window to ask for a new one and the guy said “what” and laughed in our face. Also found debris in our drink.
November 25th 6:45pmnWhen in to hopefully get a White raspberry hot chocolate with cream. Since its usually this time of year they come back out. The rude girl at the cash tells me no we don't have it , but we do have everything to make it. I was totally confused! I then said can you make me one please, she said she could but will have to charge me for a hot chocolate then extra for the shot of raspberry and then another extra for the cream. I said wow ok nevermind then, looked at my husband and said forget that, let's go. Her good night was very rude because I didn't want to pay her extra costs....absolutely ridiculous!
Very poor customer service. Was very clear with my order over through drive mic, however when greeted at the window I noticed they had gotten my order totally wrong which didn’t bother me as i understand mistakes happen however when i mentioned that the order was wrong one of the ladies rudely rolled her eyes and another seemed to be very rudely argumentative almost making it seem like it was my fault for speaking up. Overall very poor service food was decent.
