toxic atmosphere filled with malicious behaviour, i felt ostracized, mocked and bullied, the staff is not welcoming, no smile, no greeting, as mentioned before, an infected atmosphere. Unfortunately, the location is 2 minutes walk from my house, i tried a few times, but never again, i rather drive much further to another coffee shop, where i actual receive normal, pleasant service allowing me to enjoy my coffee time.
The atmosphere of this location is always super clean and cozy, the staff is very kind and welcoming and though the coffee is slightly over priced it’s often very tasty. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is due to the fact the location lacks consistency, over all, recommend Starbucks as a place to sit down with a friend and enjoy tasty drink and treats.
The service was nice and welcoming , a large airy space, the management is a nightmare ; the fact to chose a display of rotten infested food where the food flies filled the display counter and all the place !!!! Instead of showing a real mouth watering pastries and sandwishes to have with a fresh coffee ...bad marketing....poor management !
A1 customer service. I prefer this spot way more than other starbucks. Lots of light, employees are kind, enjoy what they’re doing and knowledgeable. They make crazy frappucinos and cold brews with salted caramel sweet cream cold foam. Thanks for the awesome experience!
worst customer service ever, you would have your drinks messed up or delayed if you opt for add ons or changes. They need to understand people are paying for service more than a coffee if not it taste worst than the cheapest drink out there. need to upgrade staff and customer service *** WORST STARBUCKS STORE EVER****
