I’ve been here countless times and every one of these trips, the drive-thru line is at least a 15-20 minute wait.nnI suggest placing your order ahead of time using the app or go inside as you will save time this way.nnBesides that, my drinks always come out perfectly.
A1 customer service. I prefer this spot way more than other starbucks. Lots of light, employees are kind, enjoy what they’re doing and knowledgeable. They make crazy frappucinos and cold brews with salted caramel sweet cream cold foam. Thanks for the awesome experience!
Usually a good experience and good drinks but lately the man working the drive through is so rude. If you dislike your job, find something else. Don’t greet paying customers rudely and dismiss them. Team should be revised.
I don’t understand how, with the addition of mobile orders, and this atlas a business decision by Starbucks itself, management does not seem to have enough hands on deck to support in store orders as drive-through and mobile orders are prioritized. Product may be good, but business decisions like this create a lack of proper customer service. Kind of sad for a company of that calibre!
Service is way too slow on the saturday noon, at the price the coffee is sold the starbucks should be better staffed... waited a good 15-20minutes for a coffee
