Really rude staff! One staff got my order wrong and refused to refund me my money : I ordered a bowl of coriander and lime vegetable, but instead I got a small panininnthe one who took my order miss typed my order on her screen.nshe then apologies for her mistake and was about the refund me my money, but the one who made my order rudely declined to give me the bowl that I paid for. She told i had to pay for another bowl or to leave with the sandwich that I didn’t even ask for !!!!nThe way she talked to me was very insulting . This was the last straw. If you expect to receive messed up orders, come to this place :
Just had a very disappointing drive-thru experience/customer service by 3 ladies.nWe ordered ice cap, French vanilla, chicken wrap, muffin and a donut before getting to the window.nOnce at the window, we asked if they could add 2 small pink lemonades, one large regular lemonade and 10 Tim bits to the order.nWe then paid andnthe girl at the window gives us 3 regular lemonades, when we said we asked for pink lemonade, she said there was none with a smirk…feel like she should’ve told us that their were none when we asked for them originally.nWe still took them.nWaited in front of the window for the rest of the order the wrap, donut, muffin and a different older lady opens the window and says to us :nIF YOU WANT TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE YOU NEED TO GO BACK AROUNDnand We explained that we literally were just waiting for the first part of our order !!nShe then got back in and another girl gave us the last items and we were starting to leave when she screamed : MR. CEST 16$!!nSo my boyfriend backed up and explained that he paid once and doesn’t understand why they didn’t include everything in the first payment.n- I’ll tell you why, because all of those ladies were confused :/nNone of them apologized for any of the little mistakes that were made throughout the interaction.
Standard Tim Hortons nothing to say apart from the service that we received here was very poor, the staff member that served us was very obnoxious to say the least, no manners or customer service skills. Asked for honey to go with the tea and were told no honey as a staff member has an allergy, lucky they don’t have staff member who has allergy to coffee, I have had honey from other Tim’s and they come in a small sealed container so not sure why we were told that. Then we were served our drinks like we were not wanted at this place, very rude service. If I could give this place zero stars just for the service I would.
Unpleasant customer service experience: I requested a warmed croissant, but encountered rudeness from the staff. Initially, my request was denied, and when eventually fulfilled, it was accompanied by a disrespectful attitude, tarnishing my morning. I recommend avoiding this branch.
I ordered 2 BELTs the manager thought it would be funny no to put bacon in it and when we simply wanted the bacon she argued from the driveway window a morning shift old lady manger it was. I ended up writing a bad review on Tim Hortons website as well I really hope they don’t keep this manager that argues with regular paying customers instead of just correcting the mistake and giving bacon so we can simply put it in our sandwich
