Worst experience in the drive thru. She had to been mentally challenged to ask me to repeat my order 4 times. Must be ear wax anyhow her name card read “Maira” got my coffee half empty and extra sweet for no reason, maybe because I’m darker in skin tone I don’t know she must be a racist. Terrible staff need to fire her…maira needs to be replaced!nnGarbage experience
Was was ordering food for me and my family. I bought a whole monsoon of food spent about $80 now I have never felt this disrespected in my life. I spend all this money while I’m placing my order. This is where the nightmare begins. I hear the person laughing, cracking jokes and that’s cool and all but you should have some respect when a customer is ordering she’s laughing. She’s not taking me serious. I can tell him I’m being played with her order my order incorrect my wife’s order is incorrect. My daughters order incorrect and I did not notice until I was on the highway. This location is off the highway like top-tier standards because this is a Tim Hortons. This location specifically has let me down and I would not recommend this to any soul on this earth, the person who took my order I remember was Maira the my daughter recalls her name tag this is extremely unacceptable. I could not. I was unfortunate. I was not able to turn around at that time because we had a trip planned and I was on the highway but this ruined my whole experience and makes me wonder if I ever visit the Tim Hortons franchise again
Disgusting service tonight. I asked at the drive through speaker if they had plain croissants and was told yes, then I wait at the window for over 5 minutes thinking I’m getting my food it wasn’t even busy but instead he comes to get the payment. 2 minutes after taking the payment he starts cleaning the counter, walking around and then comes back to the window and says “we don’t have plain croissants”. Such clownery. Never going back. Train your employees properly.
The staff here are generally very nice. The drive through is usually pretty efficient but I have only been there outside of the morning rush so I don't know if that is always consistent. One time my mobile order was sold out and they quickly refunded it.
The Tims had a great environment, and the tables were busy. But the speed of service was very slow, waiting 10 minutes total between the line and receiving my meal, I don't know what I could be due to but I believe that their team is capable given the warm a demeanor of the person I spoke with at the till.
