Asked for light ice, it was full. Drink was done in 2mins. For a $7 dollar drink one would expect to enjoy it. Usually it's done correctly.
I was very happy when I recently went to this Starbucks. I don’t attend Starbucks often. I am never quite sure what to order and the sizes. That’s when Tanika stepped in gave me a few great suggestions. I picked the one I was feeling most and it was fantastic. Tanika was so helpful.
I always come here usually on my way to work, and they’re always on point and get my order right… except for 1 employee. I feel like her customer service skills belong more at a Tim Hortons. Everytime I get her at the window, it’s the same thing. I didn’t catch her name because she doesn’t speak, she literally just shoves the food at you with no mannerisms. She’s an older lady, I’m wondering if it could be a language barrier? Either way she definitely needs to learn how to communicate with customers as she also got my order wrong.nnOther than that, keep up the good work!
Went this morning for a coffee through the drive thru, first it took over 30 mins to receive my order and when I specified my frustration to the barista the barista kept cutting me off, wouldn’t let me speak, said that the person in front of me ordered 11 items … and it’s not their fault and nothing can be done about it. Absolutely pathetic service. If you have small children highly don’t recommend going through drive thru for the length of time it took.
WORST experience ever at Starbucks!!! Starbucks along with its coffee, is also known for its friendly customer service. I am a daily customer of Starbucks but not at this location. NOT going to visit this location again. At this location I have experienced the WORST customer service ever. Barista TANIKA who was helping us with our order was the most RUDE , ARROGANT and DISRESPECTFUL staff I have ever came across. I had ordered a Venti size drink and when I received my drink the glass was around 70% full and when I showed it to Tanika instead of refilling it, she started arguing with me and then eventually refilled it.nThis is not the kind of customer service we expect at Starbucks. DISAPPOINTED!!!
