My drink was made perfectly but two out of the three girls working were not happy, especially the one who made my hot chai, had no smile, did not seem like she wanted to work. People that get poor service won’t be back even if your Starbucks!!
July 17. One person running the shop. The line up was so long, I got my drink after 15 minutes no kidding. I do t know what she gave me me but I ordered a cold brew but this was sooooooo bitter. Sure she’s busy I understand, told her never mind, coz she’s getting mad. What’s not acceptable is the pastry?! It’s got so much flies! I was going to get my son a croissant and it looked stale. I’m sure they’re franchise but hopefully Starbucks checks on them to maintain the quality of the food.
This location is being managed by the casino so you can not use points for beverages and food but you can use your Starbucks wallet to pay. They have most things available that other Starbucks have. There is a huge amount of tables and seating in the area to enjoy your purchases. In the future there is going to be other food and beverage venues as well. There is also a washroom here. In order to go to this area, you need to leave the gambling area.
Ordered a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese... I was charged for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Cashier Ashanti made the mistake. I was told NO refunds are given, eventhough the cashier made the mistake. Wow! I guess the cashiers have to be perfect. Just be careful dealing with the cashiers . They don't know their job very well. I was the only customer.
