Stopped by on our way to Quebec City. Everyone including the staff and customer were very welcoming. We very much enjoyed our short brief visit. Thank you for the great hospitality! The cashier lady in purple glasses patiently assisted us and my boy had a great Tim's experience!
This store is terrible! Bad attitude too! I want to order a steep tea double double. No one knows what it is. Then I said that I would order one more ice cap she doesn't even listen to me. She said, ah, I only understood one. How stupid!
WoW ! The worst service ever. We spent 1h30 in the drive-thru. Once we arrived to the window we were waiting for the food even longer and after complaining it turned out the food was already on the counter. Very inattentive and slow service!nTo top it off: one order was wrong and we were missing 3 items that we were charged for!nONE HOUR AND A HALF WAIT was the worst!!!!!!
Been here twice in the past 6 months and i thought the first time was just a bad fluke.nnNope.nnThis is really bad. It took almost 30mins to serve 4 people, both times. Employees do not know how to make the menu, to the point where my party a kitchen crew could have jumped the counter, served the whole drive-thru lineup, ourselves and the customers that were behind us in about half the time it took for 4 simple wrap-and-coffee orders.nn5 stars for atmosphere though, other customers were at least laughing at this comedy of errors.
They are really at work ! This morning , fantastic teamwork
