This is the most beautiful Starbucks I have seen. Layout was perfect and there were a number of seats for people to choose from.nnIt was clean and the service was very good and fast.
This is the only Starbucks that I've ever been to that doesn't give venti ice water. It's enough that drinks have risen over 25% now your not giving water. If Starbucks wants to know why their sales are down it's because they keep cutting everything that I we used to love. Now your just becoming over priced Tim Hortons.
Me and my family love Starbucks. But some employees insist on tipping politely? When I want to tip, I don't want to when I hear things like this.
I'm sorry to say this but this was the worst Starbucks we have ever been to. The staff was poorly trained and rude. The drink was not made per the request and the barista poured a grande amount into a venti cup and then made a face when I asked her if she would mind filling it up as I had paid for a venti. Usually we have such great experiences with staff at Starbucks. This was a real dissapointment.
Bought an expensive drink and won’t give me an extra cup. Moreover made us feel like we were cheap and said “we don’t do that”, when in other Starbucks they’re just awesome or charge me something minor for an extra cup. Poorly trained staff here who dont live up to the Starbucks standards. So disappointed with the young people working there.
