Last time i will be visiting this place with the last night rather below poor service. ask a question meanwhile she was picking up timbits. since stock was insanly low. never got an answer got ignored. so i didn't buy anything and i will never go back there. somehow never recieved that kind of unfriendly cold service. oh and my friend did receive her hot-chocolate was watery and nasty.
Ordered an ice coffee. Got full on cream with a touch of coffee. I requested that they put less cream. They took back my cup pretending to adjust my order after they stared at me dumbfounded. However, they brought me back the EXACT same cup. 6 people came to the window to ask me what was wrong with the coffee. SIX employees to try to fix a simple request for less cream more coffee, none of them understanding what I was asking for. 3rd try, still an epic fail as then a gentleman came and said that if he dumps some of the contents, there will be less sugar. I said my order doesn’t contain sugar but even if it did, why couldn’t they just add more sugar? To which he shrugged his shoulders. I was not asking for anything for free. I was asking for what I ordered, an iced coffee, less cream. Then a lady came to the window, perhaps a manager? She said she didn’t understand what my problem was as this is the way iced coffees are “always” made, as she shook the cup at me. I said that’s nice but that is not how I drink my iced coffees and that I ordered my coffee with “less cream” at the window. If the person taking the order did not understand or did not indicate it for the people filling the order, that is not my problem. She was VERY rude and condescending and yelling at me through the window. We are part of a race team from Montreal who travel to the area regularly. We will NEVER give you our business again. Train your staff accordingly.
The food is good, but the bathroom, god dammit… you have to wash your hands with ice cold water then dry them with ice cold wind. Very frustrating. I caught a cold.
Morning staff around 6 are so nice. Even though i didn't speak french. they helped me make my order right. But for some reason the evening staff a guy around 9:30 is not nice and is he is like don't even care attitude. But i am happy with the morning coffee they make and hashbrowns always fresh! And makes my day happy :
Service was very slow and there was not enough variety of donuts.v
