I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons.nnThe washroom was dirty and the sink was too small, making it difficult to use without touching the surrounding area.nnThe tables were left dirty, and despite the efforts of the two staff members, the place was not well-maintained.nnI can't blame them since there were only two of them working, but the overall cleanliness needs improvement.
I’ve had to walk back 3 times in 20 minutes because the workers kept making my steep tea with cream when I kept asking for milk. When I came back a 3rd time another lady got steep tea made with cream not milk so I told the workers they mixed up the bags which they did… so now waiting on another pot to brew which takes 5 minutes and still adding cream they finally made my order right on the 4th try.nnThey never apologized for messing up and wasting my time and the manager was just minding her business or on her phone. I’ve never had good service here no one knows how to properly work a customer service job.
Absolute worst Tim Hortons around. Service is terrible. Even when they manage to get an order correct it is still a disappointment, I ordered 10 assorted Timbits and got 7 old fashion plain - clearly trying to get rid of old inventory. Such a shame since it used to be this community’s go to coffee spot. The McDonald’s across the street is taking much of their business and rightly so.
Very slow location… waited almost 20 min for my food, the soup I got was watery and gross, coffee was not fresh at all. The bathroom are very dirty. Treys are all empty everything looks old and crusty. HOW IS THIS LOCATION OPEN?!!! I will be escalating this. I want a refund asap. Called the customer service line and they are all not helpful.
Worst Tim Horton a I have been to in my life. Twice upset stomach after going here. Curdled milk in coffee pic attached. Tables very dirty. Staff has zero customer service. They should change the sign to be called “Tim Horror” outside the store. Only one staff member in the whole store so he does not listen to your order and quickly fills the order and then when you ask for something politely yourself he just gives it to you as if you did something wrong. Corporate should send someone here for full inspection. Thank you in advance for looking into this.
