If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would!nI walked in with my 5 pound hypoallergenic emotional support puppy in a STROLLER, I have came in multiple times with her and there was NEVER an issue. The lady in the picture inserted below, refused to give me her name. So I’ll be using this image to let everyone knows who she is! Immediately when I walked in, I heard an agitating scream from the lady behind the counter. Telling me I have to leave my puppy outside.nI left and ordered online, outside of the establishments. It took them over 15 minutes to make my order that was supposed to be done in 5 minutes I ordered ONE small drink I went into the store to see if it was made, as my online app said it was. The lady immediately starts screaming again saying my puppy needed to go outside.nI was NOT leaving a 5 pound emotional support puppy outside in 27 degrees weather ALONE. I asked for my drink and they refused to give it to me. I then asked for a refund and it took them over 7 minutes to give me a refund. They were NOT busy. The lady in the photo also claimed to be the manager but then proceeds to tell me she will call her manager to come in…nIt’s safe to say if you speak up for yourself at this location, the workers that can hardly speak English will have an issue. I’m now proudly banned from this HORRIBLE location!
Today JUNE 7 2026 at approximately 1100hrs I was in th drive through when I got to the window there was a customer inside at the counter absolutely unhinged swearing and yelling at staff .. I told the woman at the window they are doing a wonderful job and don't deserve that abuse. All the staff looked absolutely defeated but kept professional with this woman's behaviornTo the staff.. you are wonderful and appreciated. Please don't let miserable people ruin your day.
I feel really bad for the people who work here. I wanted to respond to the recent review about the girl who brought her puppy into the café.nnFirst of all, this is a food establishment, and there is a clearly posted sign at the entrance stating that dogs are not allowed inside.nnI was there during the incident, and what I witnessed was the customer with the dog yelling, using profanity, and disturbing both the staff and other customers in the café. While the review mentions that an employee screamed at her, all I heard was the customer raising her voice throughout the entire situation.nnI don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I work in the restaurant industry myself and understand how challenging it can be to deal with difficult customers, especially after a long and busy day. Based on what I saw, I felt it was important to share my perspective and support the staff.nnReplying to the review by Ali B
We had a lovely experience at Starbucks celebrating a birthday! The birthday drink was made perfectly and really added a special touch to the day. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the moment. The staff were friendly and created such a positive vibe overall. A simple visit that felt special, thank you, Starbucks!
The food is the same at any Starbucks place cause it’s all packaged and sent to them to warm up and serve. This is one of 4 Starbucks that I frequent across the GTA and it’s my second favourite. The atmosphere is great, staff are friendly and helpful with good cleanliness.
