I have always loved this location however today's experience was extra special.nI went through the drive through and asked for them to make me a drink that was going to get me through me quitting my job and boy did these amazing people come through.nnI am so beyond thankful for their kindness and support on the day that brought me a whole wave of emotions. I was not expecting such an amazing response and drink.nnTo those of you working 09/13/2024 that helped make this a fantastic day I thank you from the bottom of my heart and wish you all nothing but the best.nnSmall acts of kindness like these are few and far between and make the world a better place.
I used to love this location. I’ve come here for about 10 years now. Use this used to be a very efficient location. The wait times were very minimal. Within the last five months wait times in the drive-through have been horrendous. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long for this service
This is one of my normal daily coffee stops. Usually 3 days a week.nEvery day. I’m usually greeted by a new drive thru window worker.nI’ve seen them before. But not daily. Maybe once a week or so.nThey are usually very nice and professional.nToday though. Is the first day I felt that I was intentionally scammed.nI paid cash to a young lady. She short changed me. I mentioned it to her. She said Nothing about it. Just got the amount from a dish and gave it to me. Saying nothing again.nLike. She meant to do that. Unless I noticed.nUsually you would get an apology or an exclamation or something.nHer name started with a K and I have never have seen her before.nI have an issue with tipping at a simple drive thru. I’m not dining inside and you’re not doing anything above and beyond for me.nLike serving me at a table.nToday’s transaction / purchase kinda rubbed me the wrong way.nI felt it was not an accident.
the staff this morning was so friendly and upbeat. everyone greets you good morning and it makes my morning all that better. great customer service!!
Today I had a very rude encounter with the manager working this location this morning, she proceeded to click continue for me on the debit machine and I wanted to confirm the price since tipping is now requested when paying and she had a attitude and purposely took long to bring me my food to the drive thru and my sandwich was completely out of place as well. When I confronted her about it and told her that her attitude is horrible just because I asked for my RECEIPT she continued to be defensive I will not be going back to that location ever
