Waited a half hour in the drive thru for my pre-ordered slow cooked chicken bowl, for them to tell me at the window they did not prepare the slow cooked chicken properly/prep product properly. I recently went through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons while my boyfriend and I were in a rush. As we were placing our order, we realized we needed to add a few more items. Having previously worked at Tim Hortons myself, I understand that larger drive-thru orders can be inconvenient, and I genuinely felt bad for adding to the order.nnHowever, when we arrived at the window, an employee named Hannah said to us, “If you’re going to order a five-course meal, come inside,” before walking away. I found this comment to be unprofessional and disrespectful. As regular customers at this location, I was disappointed by the interaction and the way we were spoken to.nnI understand that busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback helps encourage more professional customer service in the future.
I haven’t had any issues with getting my order right. Always friendly service and done right. I wish they’d carry the maple dip donut since they carry the filled one and it’s not much different to include the dip but that’s a minor inconvenience. I like to go here for my tea but not for my donut.
