I went to the Starbucks across from TISS. I ordered light ice. Pic would suggest there is nothing light about it. Flavour was good but not worth the money given the volume.nnI went the SECOND time in a week and asked for the same drink and they did follow through on the light ice. There was very little sweetness to the drink relative to other times I've had this drink and the strawberry pieces were virtually non-existent. The pic with a tiny strawberry on the side is as big as it got and very few.nnFor a store that charges such ridiculous prices for beverages you would think that they would have some standard of Excellence. Clearly they don't and I will not be returning.
From out of town, this Starbucks has a small coffee shop feel. Playing my favourite oldies is a huge bonus. Great atmosphere, overwhelmingly friendly customer service, and not too busy. You can tell by the staff that it is well managed. Great spot for a warm drink on a suddenly cold day.
Amazing customer service here on a regular basis and an extra shout out to Emma today for going above and beyond!
I visit Starbucks at the super center across from Superstore as frequently as I can since i retired in May. I do this because the staff are so professional and courteous and make me feel very special. Regardless of what I purchase or how incredibly busy they are, they are friendly and helpful and do a fantastic job at meeting the requests of their customers. They don't get the recognition they deserve.
I was redeeming stars today. The girl at the drive thru was clearly having a bad day as she felt the need to lecture me about waiting 5 minutes before picking up my pre-ordered drink. She then proceeded to hand it to me 30 seconds later.nnI don’t get ice in my drinks because fast food ice machines are disgusting worked behind the scenes at enough places to know therefore I show up when the drink is freshly made. It’s a refresher. Doesn’t take 5 minutes to make when the store is dead.
