I cautioned whoever read this, please don’t even spend money in here, they really don’t know what they’re doing. We ordered Doppio and Triple shot espresso from them, extra ice, extra salted caramel cold foam, basically the instructions is right in the app. And when they gave us the drinks, they weren’t even filled up to the rim, you can literally see it in the photos. And mind you, it’s EXTRA ICE!!! I always order this drink from different Starbucks location and it always so good and never turn out like this. I was so shock when I received the drink that I have to immediately write a review because there’s no way they can make the drink like that. It’s actually the talent that you can make the drink that bad. Whatever barista that made my drink, please go get the training again, I don’t care how long have you been working there but don’t play with customer’s drinks like that. We PAY for it. We don’t get it for free, so pls deliver the quality of drink that you suppose to do. I have to throw away both of the drinks even after one sip cause it tastes so bad, I’m not even exaggerating, it TASTES THAT BAD!!!!
Cashier was so busy in chatting with other customer, simply ignored there was a line up of customers to order. Then she punched my order wrong, I could see label saying Almond milk latte , and when I asked I ordered oat milk latte , lied on my face saying “oh it got punched almond milk but it’s oat milk” .nHonestly, I didn’t like it , terrible service, no attention to order details, then lied, I would not recommend this Starbucks !!
There is a girl who works here named “Kenny”. She is an embarrassment to the Starbucks chain and should be either removed from service or pulled aside by her manager and had it explained to her.nThis employee was nothing but rude and arrogant. Rolling her eyes several times during our interaction and then, within ear shot, began talking rudely about us to her other colleagues.nAnyways, someone like that rolls off my shoulder and I’ll never think about them again, but to the management of this establishment, it’s a shame you have someone like this representing your brand.
Very disappointing customer service from Grace today. My drink was made incorrectly, so I politely asked for it to be remade. I understand mistakes happen, but her frustrated and rude comments to her coworker about “wasting cups” and having to remake my drink were unnecessary. I was polite and simply wanted what I paid for. Management should review how customers are being treated.
I was sitting in my car in front of sunset grill. And seen this older gentleman in his silver suv, Stopped just before the drive threw. This young lady with the biggest smile from your store ran out to him to show him where he could park for his pick up order. Then she brought out out to him. I just wanted to say, it made me smile to see her kindness noticing he didnt know where to park for his order. I didnt see her name but she had long dark hair in a few braids . Keep up the great work. Your doing an amazing job.
