I used to work at Tim's. There is no way two coffee's and a hot chocolate should take 9 minutes from ordering. We sat at the window, and I could see a untouched coffee pot, and no one was pressing hot chocolate button. But they had time to talk. This is common lately. And the coffee was already made. I did not go back later for coffee for the road.. I went to McDonald's instead. Parking: Be aware of parking here. If you choose the right side of the parking lot, the drive thru line will block you in. And that line only moves once every 5 minutes.. Good luck
Service was quick and staff was very friendly. The drinks I received were made in less than a minute and given to me right after I ordered, and the food items were given right away after the drinks. Quickest stop I’ve ever had, Great job to those staff members on shift!
If I could give -5 stars I would have. Slowest Tim Hortons in Alberta. 20 minutes to get a coffee thru drive through with 7 cars ahead of us. We asked why they were so slow and told the young man at the window they had to be the slowest Tim Hortons in Alberta. He informed us”I DON’T REALLY CARE”. Then walked away. I will never spend a cent in this Tim Hortons again. Owners don’t deserve any money from anyone when they hire staff like that. Maybe if no one ever went there maybe they would be forced to improve. After all this is suppose to be a fast food industry. Kid-friendliness: Very rude staff.
We’ve been to this Tim Hortons many , many times. Never has the service been so slow and the restaurant so dirty. The bathrooms were filthy, built up dirt, not just from a busy day.
I cannot believe how many people continuously support a billion dollar company like this that provides absolute trash food and coffee. 8 bucks for a chicken wrap and it's soggy and cold. I've lived in sylvan for 4 years and I still can't believe how people waste there hard earned dollars for inconsistency and horrible food. Quality is not what your going to get.
Drive through looked too long but no till line up inside. Went in and ordered but could soon see bottleneck was kitchen which was simply not big enough to accommodate number of orders coming through drive through and internal. Ordered in less than 3 min. Drinks in 2 more but took twenty to get food. In the end it seems when I corrected cashier feedback they I wanted a second egg and biscuit to clarify the second had sausage and cheddar I got only a sausage and cheddar, no egg. Very sad.
Don't try the drive thru if you need to be anywhere in the next 12 hours. I could have grown and processed my own beans in the time it took to get through the line of 4 cars. The absolute slowest service in the history of slow service.
It takes 10 minutes from making order, to receiving the items ordered from the closest to the window the people in front of us ordered three teeth we ordered two coffees and a hot chocolate. Beside for 6 minutes at the window itself.Food: 5/5
Unfortunately the number of files in the kitchen at this location was very disturbing, easy more the 20 flies. This location didn’t provide the standard and quality that Tim Hortons strives for.
I love Tim Horton's, 95% of the time everything is fresh, it's food that you know is the same at all locations unlike other chains where it's rarely the same twice.
