Spinnakers Coffee Bar

My wife and I dine at this restaurant quite often, the homemade spring rolls are an amazing, they’re warm, crunchy and bursting with flavors! The homemade chili oil adds a tasty and very spicy kick that complements the dishes perfectly. I've tried a variety of menu items, and each one has been a great. I can honestly say I haven't been disappointed during any of my visits. The warm and friendly atmosphere created by the couple who own the place just adds to the overall fantastic dining experience.

Ordered the Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk and ice. Got it without ice. Dissapointed that it is from a powder mix and not served using the traditional coffee brewer. Our group of four also had the Deep Fried Squid Rings, House Special Combinaton Beef and Rice Noodle in Soup and Grilled Lemon Grass Pork & Spring Roll with Vermicelli which were served hot. Cafe is very quiet, no music was broadcasted. The restaurant had lots of seating left on a Saturday afternoon, thus our conversations were quiet to keep the vibe. Free parking at the front.

I'm a big Bánh mì fan I like trying wherever I can. So when I saw this ma and pa style restaurant I was excited. Ordered the beef satay sub. What I can say is the flavors were pretty on point. Beef was pretty tender. My big problem here is the portion to price ratio is way off compared to other local Vietnamese restaurants. I paid the going rate and got about 2 thirds of a normal size Vietnamese sub. So that's why I gotta take the review down some. Owners seem nice enough though. Thanks guys

Just had the most amazing meal! I highly recommend this restaurant! I had the spring rolls with vermicelli! So good and such a healthy meal! The couple who own this restaurant really make this restaurant rank higher on my list, just the most friendly people ever! I will be back again when visiting Sylvan Lake!Food: 5/5

Friday night and the takeout was buzzing. Those two girls handled the pressure so well with positivity! Awesome job. Worth the wait despite having a screaming toddler. Will be back!Food: 5/5

Not busy the day we stopped by and I was craving pho for days! The appy calamari was okay and fair sharing for two people. But the vermicelli bowl and pho? AMAZING, they may look just like any other pho places but these bowls were packed with flavor! Such an affordable price too for these portions! Ended the trip with Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk and we liked it alot! The coffee flavor didn’t seem to drown with sweetness of the milk, no wonder its a Viet staple. They also offer Viet subs, which we hope to try on our next trip. The owner was very nice, this was during the stage 2 so we had masks and social distancing still that time. It didn’t stop them to provide great customer service. Supporting AAPI community. Will come back again!

Waited for 15 mins to get service, and asked if I could order and the waitress was super rude, waited for another 5 minutes and still no service needless to say we left and will not be back. The food is great service sucks!Service: 1/5
